StraightWays is passionate for caring for the orphan. To create practical solutions that are self-sustainable, we are purchasing land in 2019 to build a farm that cares for the orphan.

Mentorship is part of everything we do here at StraightWays. We know how valuable it is to have accountability and responsibility in our relationships around the office.
Our marketplace projects like REHAB Building Company and Black Coffee Air Roasters offer an ideal scenario for our team to pass on job skills and wisdom to employees and volunteers. We want to build strong resumes and strong character for our employees. We care about their lives beyond the job site, and we create regular rhythms of being together throughout the week.
